Great observation with these two characters.
There are a few things I'd like to add:
Both were sent by law enforcement to fight bears (The Assassin Corporation/The Military)
The McGibbles store in Pico 2 shares the same color scheme as the Nazi symbol. Judging by their name, the "Über"kids could possibly be German, but that's not confirmed.
Both of them are still willing to help anyone in distress, even without the reward of money.
They both fought off zombies, though Pico did so in the pretense to protect Nene. Conker just killed them in self-defense.
Both of them are in their late teens (Pico is 17-18, Conker is said to be around 18 or 21).
Both franchises were heavily inspired by South Park. Even then, it's absolutely amazing how much they have in common! The world needs way more Conker/Pico crossovers!

certainly, in those specific aspects, they have many things in common.
(especially in the zombie killing part or being sent by a military authority to kill bears)
now when it comes to the fursona part... ehhh...
well, dunno, it seems cool yet they are too unique to be similar...
if anything, pico's fursona would be a squirrel or a fox, but alot more angry and edgy than conker.
(then again, conker is cool and edgy, so that argument isnt far from the truth either)
